Cancellation & Refund Policy - Future Leap Real Estate

1. Booking Cancellation Policy

For property bookings/reservations:

  • Before Agreement Signing: 100% refund of booking amount (minus processing fees of ₹5,000 or 1% whichever is lower)
  • After Agreement Signing: Refund subject to terms in buyer agreement (typically 75-90% depending on project stage)
  • After Possession: No cancellations permitted

2. Service Fee Refunds

For brokerage/consulting services:

  • Before Service Commencement: 90% refund
  • After Service Starts: Pro-rata refund based on work completed
  • Completed Services: Non-refundable

3. Refund Process

  1. Submit written request to futureleaprealty01@gmail.com
  2. Include booking reference and bank details
  3. Processing time: 7-14 business days
  4. Refund issued via original payment method

Note: Stamp duty and registration fees are non-refundable as per government regulations.

4. Project Delays

For RERA-registered projects:

  • Delay beyond agreed timeline: Compensation as per RERA guidelines (SBI Home Loan rate + 2%)
  • Project cancellation: Full refund + compensation
